A few years ago, I began working with Brittany to build up some strength in my new hip, while guiding her through her first pregnancy with prenatal yoga. Stepping in to help out when she was on maternity leave with her first and second pregnancy was great. I forgot how much I enjoyed Personal Training. It is the perfect mix with my 20 plus years of yoga teaching. Having 2 modalities to use in working with clients to help them achieve their goals is the best job ever. Now that I am more involved in B Balanced, I am regularly accepting new Personal Training clients and I am so excited to work with all of you!
