Why Yoga for kids? Yoga helps children to become more aware of their bodies and how they feel. It can help them to develop concentration and compassion. Yoga teaches children to pay attention when they are feeling angry or upset and provides tools for emotional regulation. It can bring peace to the body and mind. Stretching and breathing help all of the muscles and vital organs function properly. It is also FUN!! Classes are Mondays 9:30 to 10:15 am. Yoga camp June 22-25.
