Sometimes finding time to get in a work out seems impossible; the kids are pulling you in a million directions, work has your bogged down, and there are just not enough hours in the day! However, I PROMISE you that if you really try you can find 30 minutes to get SOMETHING in! If you can’t carve out 30 minutes for yourself, find something that you can do with the kids…go for a walk or run with them in a jogger, run around with them while they ride their tricycles or do squats as you push them on the swing….and when all else fails place your baby on your yoga mat and give lots of kisses during vinyasas! Whatever you do, whether it is 5, 30 or 60 minutes you will feel much better, so take care of you and make time for exercise and health!
