Yoga (Begins May 7th)
Classes will be a mix of many different styles: Hath Yoga Yin, Flow and Restorative. From Beginners to Season practitioners, there will be challenges and modifications so everyone will get just the right practice.

$12/class or $100/10 class pass
Lunch Hour of Power (Boot Camp) Begins May 4th.
Mondays 1:00pm & Fridays 12:30pm
Kick off spring with an hour of metabolic training. It’s a great way to build strength and get healthy in a short amount of time. Amazing what one hour can do for you.
Mondays and/or Fridays $85 for 6 weeks
Both days all 6 weeks $150

Lauren has been a sports enthusiast for most of her life. She worked as a trainer at the Berkeley, California YMCA for 10 years and helped develop a weight-training program for seniors. She was an avid cyclist, trail runner, and skier until a bad hip created some challenges. Now after a full hip replacement and with the help of yoga and strength training, she is pain free and back to good health. For the past 20 years, Lauren has been a yoga teacher, studio owner and performer in a yoga dance company. She infuses yoga into training to help get the body mind connection that enhances your workout.
