Starts Wednesday, October 10, 2018 (6 week series ever Wednesday)
What it’s all about… This 6 week course for high school and college girls is run and designed by Brittany Todd, MA ED, NCC, LPCA, RYT; the course begins on Oct. 11th, and will be one hour long each Wednesday (9-10pm EST). For just $197.00 you will receive 6 one hour coaching sessions, assigned meditations to help you manage stress, and access to a closed Facebook group where you can support one another and ask Brittany questions etc. Each week will have a different theme, we will be focusing on self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love, relationships, and of course, self-care. BYLY is only open to the first 100 girls who sign up, so don’t waste time getting your spot!
Week 1: What are you afraid of, what is holding you back? This week focuses on how you can bust through your fears and insecurities and become your authentic self.
Week 2: How do you REALLY feel about yourself? This week we will cover: Self- Esteem, Self- Confidence, Self- Love, Self- Care and how to improve them ALL!
Week 3: Relationships: The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.
Week 4: Stress Management: How you can balance a demanding school schedule, extracurricular activities, sports, relationships, and pressure.
Week 5: Nutrition: How your gut impacts your brain; and consequently, your mood.
Week 6: Putting it all together: Being your best self and living your best life!
What you get: 6 one hour online sessions with Q & A Closed Facebook Group where you can offer support to one another and ask Brittany questions (participation optional as the entire course can be anonymous if desired). Weekly emails with theme, journaling topics, guided meditation, and the link for Wednesday night’s class.
