Be Yourself. Love Yourself. Level 2

Wednesdays 9-10pm, beginning January 17th

This 6 week virtual course for high school girls is run and designed by Brittany Todd, MA ED, NCC, LPCA, RYT. BYLY Level 2 builds on many of the concepts from Level 1; however, taking level 1 prior to this course is not necessary or required to participate.  BYLY Level 2 begins on January 17th, and will be one hour long each Wednesday (9-10pm EST). For $277 you will receive 6 one hour coaching sessions, guided meditations to accompany each week, and access to a closed Facebook group where you can support one another and ask Brittany questions etc. Additionally, the first 50 people to register will receive a BYLY box of goodies, containing a workbook including all journaling topics, suggested healthy recipes, quotes, and guided meditations. This package will even contain a special BYLY surprise! Similar to BYLY Level 1, each week will have a different theme. In BYLY Level 2, we will be focusing on deepening your relationship with yourself, developing healthy relationships with others, navigating social media and pressures, loving and respecting your body, and building trust with yourself. BYLY is only open to the first 100 girls across the nation who sign up, so don’t waste time getting your spot! Week 1: Stop running from the real you and start living and loving who you are!

Week 2: End negative behavior patterns. Restart. Choose again.

Week 3: Healthy Relationships: avoiding codependent relationships and honoring yourself always.

Week 4: The dynamics of social media and how to respect yourself and others.

Week 5: Body love, body respect.

Week 6: TRUST, most importantly in yourself
